Philip Eoute has made a fun video of the demolition of Rodeheaver Auditorium’s lobby. Watch for the workers walking on top of the first floor at the same time that the backhoe is whacking away at the second floor.
Goodbye, Shoebox!
Yesterday around noon, crews demolished the front of Rodeheaver Auditorium at BJU in order to make room for the new front that will be built. Although the demolition wasn’t quite as momentous as the Giraffe of last year, the Greenville News still posted 45 pictures of the demolition on its website. Included in those pictures is one of my brother Anthony. :)
Back and Moved In
Abby and I are back to Greenville after a wonderful honeymoon in Atlanta. We’ve spent the last few days moving into our apartment, changing Abby’s name, and attending to the details of married life—as well as having fun.
I’ve heard indirectly that some of our long-time readers are clamoring for photographs. We promise to have photos of and posts about the honeymoon and the wedding ceremony just as soon as we can. In the meantime, here is a photo of us watching an Atlanta Braves game.
