Scott Has a Blog

Scott Culler, whose exploits have been chronicled on this blog, now has a weblog of his very own. The blog is a part of his website called Starkw.com. We here at ΙΣΤΟΡΙΑ are proud to be the first to announce his blog.

Now you know why our popular series chronicling our datingless lives have been delayed. We have been waiting for Scott to get his own blog up so that you can hear both sides of the story. So stay tuned (or keep your RSS reader open) because tomorrow our media conglomerate will publish the next installment of “The Continuing Adventures of Scott and Lincoln.”

The Oxford Reformers

For the class “History of Puritanism” I have to write three papers reviewing books or primary sources. The first of those papers is available below:

I’m really looking forward to writing these papers and having them critiqued by Dr. Hayner. Evaluating sources, both primary and secondary, and analyzing historical works are two tools that I need in my historical toolbox. So, I’m thankful that Dr. Hayner has setup the class to teach those skills as well as to teach about Puritanism. She probably won’t comment on this blog, but I’m pretty sure she’ll have plenty of comments about the paper.

Update: Dr. Hayner corrected the paper quickly, so I have revised it. The link above now points to the very much improved version, thanks to Dr. Hayner.
