Update on Scott and Me
Tonight, after Scott realized that his coupon for a free cup of coffee with the purchase of a doughnut or pastry from the Snack Shop was going to expire tonight, Scott and I jumped up and ran to the Snack Shop. Scott got a coffee and a doughnut; I got a small ice cream cone; neither of us got a date. Unfortunately, this Saturday’s excursion was no more successful than last week’s. And Scott didn’t like his coffee, because it was French.
Note: This post, unlike last Saturday’s post, has been approved by the Anti-Defamation of Scott Culler League.

The night might have gone differently if LM had worn those new cords…

I was. So much for your “corduroy theory.”

We could have chit-chatted about your shopping trip when you called. Although “clothes don’t make the man” I am sure you looked very handsome. Try again next Saturday.

My reaction was exactly the same as Becca’s.
See you in a few days, Lincoln!

Your Grandmother gave Matthew a nice pair of corduroy overalls and the ladies at church were all flocking to him….or, maybe it’s because he is such a cute baby? I’m sure you look very nice in your cords - don’t give up!

I just have one question for this post. Why did Scott get the coffee in the first place?? You said he didn’t like it cause it was french…then why get it in the first place?? Ok, thats two questions…but they mean the same thing…so for me its actually one.

There were six kinds of coffee to choose from and I didn’t know what any of them were. So I thought … “hmmm french might be interesting, and besides how can I go wrong, it’s Starbucks.” Well I was wrong and as far as I’m concerned the poor French are getting ripped off by their local Starbucks.
